Enough talk, let's get down to business!
I have found myself stuck when it comes to the blogging lately and now I say ENOUGH!
I have so many topics that spinns around in my head and whilst riding, driving, cooking, cleaning and training I think of the most wonderful information that I want to share with you, but then when it comes down to sitting down and actually WRITING it all down, I just don’t do it. Isn’t it ironical? I coach people daily in getting their training done, but I can’t seem to be disciplined enough to get my blogging done right!
So now I say enough! From today onwards, I promise you, and myself, to make at least one blog post per week. My promise to you, please hold me accountable!
I have topics like “sleep”, “effective training”, “how to change habits”, “how to set goals” and “the lovely hormones” as initial topics that I want to write about, but please let me know what YOU want me to write about! The better we communicate, the better help I can provide for you, so don’t hesitate to ask questions. Here or on Instagram!
