Health starts with attitude!

 

Health is so much more than just food. Health is about finding a good rhythm that works for You. A rhythm where we avoid too much stress, where we feel joy, harmony and fulfilment, where we sleep well, where we have the time to take care of our family and friends, our animals and our environment.

I sometimes get the feeling the word health makes people feel somewhat uneasy. "I should eat better", "I should exercise more", "I must eat more broccoli". This is all backwards! We should embrace our health and work with it!

I want to challenge the attitude towards the concept of health. I want to make health fun, easy and inspiring, so that everyone can make better choices. I think there are few people in developed countries who are not aware of what good food is and what foods we should avoid. We know that eating processed foods containing unnatural fats and chemicals is bad and unhealthy for us. We know that poor diet is linked to serious illnesses and that fast food production methods, packaging and transport have a negative impact on the environment, our fellow humans in other countries and on animals and nature. Despite this, many people still find it difficult to make the better choices more often.

I think this is mostly about changing habits. Maybe we have an advantage now that we have lived in the corona reality for more than three months. During these months many habits have been severely changed and we have found that it is quite ok to find a new rhythm.

We need to look at the big picture when we want to introduce healthier habits. We need to learn how to balance the factors so that, on the whole, we create a functioning, healthy lifestyle. I want to help you with that and it starts with an attitude change to the concept of health.
